Our Services
From the moment you share your reports to 90 days after you return home — Arodya coordinates every clinical, logistical, and support service a travelling patient needs. One team. One point of contact. Zero hidden steps.
Clinical Coordination
We handle every clinical step before your trip — so you arrive with confirmed appointments, verified costs, and the right specialist.
Free Case Review
Send your reports or a brief case summary. Our coordination team reviews your case within one business day and identifies the right speciality and hospital tier for your condition.
Independent Specialist Matching
We shortlist surgeons and specialists based on your specific diagnosis — not on referral fees. You receive a curated list with credentials, experience, and why each is suited to your case.
Hospital Shortlist (3–5 options)
We recommend 3–5 accredited hospitals that match your condition, budget, and preferences. Every hospital in our network is independently assessed.
Hospital-Verified Cost Estimates
We obtain indicative cost breakdowns directly from the treating hospital — covering surgery, anaesthesia, room, investigations, and estimated stay duration.
Treatment Timeline Planning
We provide a realistic timeline from your arrival date through discharge and recovery — so you and your family can plan accurately.
Second Opinion Facilitation
Not sure about a diagnosis or treatment plan? We can coordinate a remote or in-person second opinion from a senior specialist before you commit.
Medical Records Management
We organise, translate where needed, and transmit your medical records to the treating hospital in the required format — saving you hours of back-and-forth.
Pre-Arrival Logistics
Once you confirm the hospital and doctor, we prepare everything you need before boarding — from visa letters to your arrival day schedule.
Medical Visa Invitation Letter
We coordinate the official hospital invitation letter required for your Indian medical visa application — typically issued within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
Visa Application Guidance
We walk you through the Indian e-Medical visa application process step by step, including required documents, photo specifications, and common errors to avoid.
Appointment Confirmation
We confirm your specialist appointment, pre-operative investigations, and admission date — and provide a written schedule you can share with your family.
Pre-Op Instructions
We relay all pre-operative preparation instructions from the hospital — dietary restrictions, medication adjustments, fasting requirements — in clear, plain language.
Treatment Itinerary
You receive a day-by-day itinerary covering arrival, investigations, surgery, recovery, and discharge — so there are no surprises.
Flight Planning Guidance
We advise on optimal arrival timing relative to your procedure date, and flag any airline restrictions relevant to your medical condition.
Travel & Stay
We coordinate every on-the-ground detail so you arrive calm, rested, and ready — not jet-lagged and lost in an unfamiliar city.
Airport Pickup & Transfers
A verified driver meets you at the airport with a name board. Transfers are arranged in a comfortable vehicle suitable for patients, including wheelchair-accessible options.
Accommodation Near the Hospital
We recommend and help book hotels or guesthouses within convenient distance of your treating hospital — accounting for your budget, mobility needs, and length of stay.
Local SIM Card
We arrange a local Indian SIM card for you before or at arrival — so you can communicate with your care coordinator, family, and the hospital from day one.
Currency Exchange Guidance
We advise on the safest and most cost-effective ways to access Indian rupees — including airport exchange, ATM access, and hospital payment methods.
Local Transport During Treatment
We coordinate transport between your accommodation and the hospital for investigations, consultations, surgery, and follow-up appointments throughout your stay.
Companion Accommodation
If a family member or companion is travelling with you, we help find suitable accommodation and coordinate any companion-specific logistics.
In-Hospital Support
You have a named coordinator actively supporting you throughout your hospital stay — not a call centre, not a chatbot.
Dedicated Care Coordinator
One named coordinator stays with your case from start to finish. They are your single point of contact for questions, escalations, and daily updates throughout your hospital stay.
Interpreter / Language Support
If you need language assistance during consultations or procedures, we coordinate a qualified medical interpreter — available in English, French, Arabic, Swahili, and other languages on request.
Hospital Liaison
We liaise directly with the hospital's international patient desk, nursing staff, and surgical team on your behalf — handling administrative issues, schedule changes, and billing queries.
Daily Status Updates
Your family back home receives regular updates on your condition and progress — coordinated through your care coordinator with appropriate privacy controls.
Private Duty Nursing
If you require additional bedside nursing support beyond standard hospital care, we coordinate a vetted private duty nurse for day or night shifts.
Dietary & Food Preferences
We communicate your dietary requirements — halal, vegetarian, cultural preferences, or medical dietary restrictions — to the hospital and accommodation in advance.
Emergency Escalation
In the event of a complication or emergency, your coordinator acts as an immediate escalation point — liaising with the medical team and notifying your family.
Post-Treatment & Follow-Up
The journey doesn't end at discharge. We coordinate follow-up care, documentation, and ongoing support after you return to your home country.
Discharge Planning
We work with the hospital to prepare a clear discharge plan — including medications, wound care, activity restrictions, and red-flag symptoms to watch for.
Full Treatment Summary
You receive a comprehensive treatment summary — operative notes, investigation results, imaging, pathology reports, and discharge instructions — organised in a shareable format.
Airport Departure Transfer
A verified driver takes you from your accommodation or hospital to the airport on your departure day, with timing adjusted for post-surgical mobility needs.
Remote Follow-Up Coordination
We schedule and coordinate remote follow-up teleconsultations with your Indian specialist after you return home — typically at 2 weeks, 6 weeks, and 3 months post-procedure.
Home Country Doctor Liaison
We help communicate your treatment summary to your GP or specialist back home — ensuring continuity of care and proper handover of your medical records.
Ongoing Case Support
If you have questions, concerns, or complications after returning home, your coordinator remains available as a point of contact for up to 90 days post-discharge.

Why Arodya
What makes our coordination different
Most medical facilitators are paid by hospitals. We are paid by patients. That one difference changes everything.
Independent — not hospital-paid
We do not accept referral commissions from hospitals. Our shortlists are built around your clinical needs, not our revenue.
Named coordinator, not a call centre
You always communicate with the same person who knows your case — not a different agent every time you call.
Verified cost estimates
We obtain written estimates directly from the treating hospital — not estimates we make up or guess at.
Full journey scope
From case review to 90-day follow-up. We do not hand you off to the hospital and disappear.
Transparent about limitations
We tell you honestly when a case is too complex for a specific hospital, or when the clinical picture is unclear.
Concierge-level logistics
SIM card, transfers, accommodation, interpreter, private nursing — every practical detail is covered.
Services FAQ
Questions about our services
Everything you need to know about what Arodya does and does not cover.
Are all these services included in Arodya's fee?
Core coordination services — case review, hospital shortlisting, cost estimates, visa letter, appointment confirmation, travel planning, airport transfers, SIM card, care coordinator, daily liaison, discharge planning, and 90-day follow-up — are included in our coordination package. Services marked 'On request' (interpreter, private nursing, home country liaison) are available at additional cost and arranged based on your specific needs.
How much do the treatment cost estimates vary from the final bill?
Indicative estimates provided before travel typically align within 10–15% of the final hospital bill for straightforward procedures. Estimates can vary if your clinical picture changes after in-person evaluation or if complications arise. We always provide the estimate range (not a fixed figure) and explain what can cause variation.
Do you coordinate for patients travelling alone without a companion?
Yes. A significant number of our patients travel without a family companion. Your dedicated coordinator effectively acts as your in-country support person — handling all logistics, liaising with the hospital, coordinating daily transport, and being reachable at all hours during your stay.
What languages do your interpreters support?
We can arrange medical interpreters for English, French, Arabic, Swahili, Hausa, Amharic, and several other languages depending on availability. Interpreter support is arranged on request and may require 48–72 hours' notice.
Can you coordinate treatment for a child patient?
Yes. We have experience coordinating paediatric cases including cardiac surgery, orthopaedic procedures, oncology, and organ transplants for children. We work with specialist paediatric hospitals and ensure appropriate accompaniment support for the travelling parent or guardian.
What happens if my condition changes or I need additional treatment?
Your coordinator manages any mid-treatment changes with the hospital on your behalf — including revising the cost estimate, extending accommodation, updating travel plans, and keeping your family informed. We stay with your case for the full duration of your treatment, not just the original plan.
