Doctor and hospital options. You receive a short list rather than a single recommendation, with the surgeon's experience, the hospital's accreditation and the expected length of stay. The choice is always yours.

Costs and timeline. Once a hospital reviews the case clinically, it issues a written estimate covering the procedure, hospital stay and standard investigations, plus a realistic treatment timeline. You see this before you book anything.

Travel planning. We help with the invitation letter for the India e-Medical Visa, airport pickup, accommodation for attendants near the hospital, and interpreters where they are needed.

Does it cost anything to get options and an estimate?

No. Case review, hospital options, cost estimates and coordination are free for patients. Hospitals pay our fee, which also lets us negotiate patient discounts.

Do you decide which hospital I use?

No. We present verified options with the surgeon's experience, accreditation and timelines, and you choose the hospital and doctor.

What documents should I send first?

Recent scans, discharge summaries, biopsy or lab reports, and a short note on current symptoms and medication. A written summary alone is enough to begin.

How accurate are the cost estimates?

Estimates are indicative until a specialist has reviewed the case. The hospital then confirms the figure in writing before you commit to travel.

What is not usually included in a hospital estimate?

Flights, visas, accommodation outside the hospital and complications requiring extended intensive care sit outside the standard package. We flag these before you travel.

Which visa do I need for treatment in India?

The India e-Medical Visa. You apply online once the hospital issues an invitation letter, and approval usually takes two to five business days.

Can family members travel with me?

Yes. Up to two attendants can apply for e-Medical Attendant visas, and we help arrange accommodation for them close to the hospital.

How quickly can surgery be scheduled after I arrive?

Leading private hospitals in India typically schedule surgery within a few days to two weeks, and prioritise time-critical cases.

Will someone meet me at the airport?
